Six Six operates an optometry and eyewear retail business based in Melbourne, Australia. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to Six Six.

All products displayed on this website are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. Optometry and clinical services are provided in-store and are subject to professional standards, consent, and applicable healthcare regulations.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed securely via Shopify and its supported payment providers. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time.

5. Orders & Acceptance

An order is not accepted until confirmation is issued by Six Six. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to availability issues, verification requirements, or suspected misuse.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes are provided as estimates only. Six Six is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processes, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Prescription eyewear is custom-made and is generally not refundable unless faulty. We do not accept returns on change of mind purchases in store. We provide a 14 return for credit on frames purchased online.

8. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointment bookings are subject to availability. We ask that cancellations or changes are made with reasonable notice. Missed appointments may incur a fee where permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Six Six. Content may not be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
